This article provides information about how to share a shipment document or invite one or more users to access a document.

Overview
The Documents tab in the Shipment screen allows an authorized user to share a shipment document with other users. In other words, an authorized logged in user can grant the access of the selected document to other users.
In addition to the Share/Invite User, the user can also perform the following tasks:
- Publish PDF Docs
- Download All
- Email Link
Procedure
- On the Shipment menu, click Complete Documentation.
It opens the Shipment screen showing the list of shipment orders in the default tab based on the selected layout. - Click the Edit button given next to the shipment order.
It opens the shipment order in editable mode. - Select the Documents tab.
It shows the list of shipment documents. - Select one or more shipment orders that you want to share.
- Click the Share/Invite User button.
It opens the Share Documents dialog box. - Choose a category from the list with whom you want to share the document.
By default, the Buyer category remains selected. - Enter one more more email addresses in the To field.
The field next to the category list is the To field. - Click the Cc button and enter one or more email addresses if required.
- Select the Approval required checkbox if applicable.
- Perform any of the following options to complete the tasks:
- Select a template from the Email Template list.
This automatically fills in the Subject field and the body text.
Or - Enter the Subject manually and then enter the text in the email body.
- Select a template from the Email Template list.
- Click the Share button.
A confirmation message is displayed. - Click the OK button.
Result
The selected document is shared with the user and the details are sent through an email.
