Go the Shipment.
Select the shipment you need to delete, clicking on the box on the left side right next to the Shipment No you need to delete.
Click in "..." and select "Archived or Delete"
For security a Shipment cannot be delete, once submitted, however you can archive it, if you don't want to see it in your screen.
