Sending Container Photos via Email

You can share container photos with your customers, suppliers, or partners in two ways:

Option 1 – Use the Email Template

• Select the email template for Shipment Module with the photo placeholder by name [Container Image URL] in the system.

• The template will automatically include the relevant container photo directory URL and recipient of email will be able to download the image by assessing this link.

Option 2 – Share the Container Photo URL

1. Generate a photo link from Shipment -> Master-> "Copy Container Photos URL"

2. Copy and paste the link into your email body.

Important:

• The link will remain valid for 90 days from the day it is generated.

• After 90 days, a new link must be created if access is still needed.
