This article provides information about how to add and remove a shipment document in ImpexDocs.

Overview
The most important documents are generally added when creating a shipment order. The Shipment screen allows an authorized user to add and remove shipment documents from a shipment order whenever needed.
Procedure
Add a Shipment Document
- On the Shipment menu, click Complete Documentation.
It opens the Shipment screen showing the list of shipment order based on the selected layout. - Click the Edit button of a shipment order to which you want to add or remove a document.
It opens the shipment order in editable mode where all added documents are shown under Document on the left side. - Click the Plus (+) button beside the Document section on the left side.
It opens the Documents to Add dialog box. - Select an option between the Add From Document List and Add From Template Library options.
By default, Add From Template Library is selected. - Select the document which needs to be added.
Click the Select All button if all documents are required. - Click OK.
Result
The selected documents are added to the list under Document.
Remove a Shipment Document
- On the Shipment menu, click Complete Documentation.
It opens the Shipment screen showing the list of shipment order based on the selected layout. - Click the Edit button of a shipment order to which you want to add or remove a document.
It opens the shipment order in editable mode where all added documents are shown under Document on the left side. - Hover over any listed document and click the Ellipses button.
It shows the Copy and Remove options. - Select the Remove option.
A confirmation dialog box is displayed. - Click Yes.
A success message is displayed.
Result
The document is deleted and the list is updated under Document.
