Document Management

Document Management provides functionality to generate, download, merge, attach, email, upload and share documents.

Step 1: Go to Documents

In Export Shipment--> Master-->Documents tab

   

                         


Step 2: Please  see below for the details of buttons available under the Documents tab, 


  • Clicking on the "Publish Pdf Docs" button will open the document list of that shipment. Select the document for which the PDF document to be generated. Once the document is generated you can view date shared, shared information, logs, and Approval details. You can also delete the documents form this section.


 









  • Selected Documents from the list can be downloaded as an Individual or combined PDF file by selecting the options listed below available under the "Download All"button.
    • Download Individual
    • Download Combined


            Send the document as a link in the email by clicking on the "Email Link" button. 


  • To Share the documents, select the documents from the list and click on "Share/Invite User" button. This will open Share Documents pop-up window, provide email address and message text and click on "Share" button. This will send an email with the share link that the receiver can use to access the documents.

       

                                    


  • To upload the external document click on the "External Documents" button, select "Click Here To Upload" or "Drag and Drop Files Here" option to upload.


Uploaded documents will be available under the Other External documents section and any comments on shared documents will get updated in the Document Comments section.
