To Add Buyer/Consignee/Notify party
There are 2 ways to add Customer(Buyer/Consignee/Notify party) in IMPEXXDOCS System
1. From "Customer" tab
- Click the “Customer” tab at the top of the screen
- Now click on the “(+)ADD” button on the right top corner, this will pop-up a new screen.
- Now select the “Customer type” from the below list. Once selected, fill the mandatory fields and SAVE the record.
2. Quick add from Document screen
You can add the Customer from the document screen itself as you go.
- Click on "..." next to Customer type(Buyer/Consignee/Notify) and click +Add option.
- Below Window will open, Enter all mandatory and required details of Customer and click on Save button.
- The customer added from here will be available on-screen and will be saved in CUSTOMER database as well.
