How to add Customers: Buyer/Consignee/Notify

To Add Buyer/Consignee/Notify party


There are 2 ways to add Customer(Buyer/Consignee/Notify party) in IMPEXXDOCS System


1. From "Customer" tab  

  • Click the “Customer” tab at the top of the screen 





2. Quick add from Document screen  


You can add the Customer from the document screen itself as you go.

  • Click on "..." next to Customer type(Buyer/Consignee/Notify) and click  +Add option. 


  • Below Window will open, Enter all mandatory and required details of Customer and click on Save button.
  • The customer added from here will be available on-screen and will be saved in CUSTOMER database as well.
