Overview

The Shipment screen allows an authorized user to change the view of records shown on the screen. The user can group shipment orders by dragging any column header, except the Action column, above the header section.

Procedure

1. On the Shipment column, click Complete Documentation.
   It opens the Shipment screen showing the list of shipment orders based on the selected layout.
   
2. Choose a column header to group by and drag it above the column header section.
   
3. Similarly, drag more column headers as required.
   The result shows a nested column headers under the preceding column header.
   By default, the records in the grouped view is collapsed. Click the Plus (+) button to expand and view the records.
   

Ungroup Column Headers
Drag the column header(s) back to their previous place to ungroup the column header. You can place the column header anywhere in the column header section as required.

Result

The view of the Shipment screen changes based on the grouped column header and the shipment order details are shown accordingly.
