How can I Configure Notifications for my 1-stop Date Updates

With the new 1-stop notification update, you now have the ability to get notifications for any vessel updates [ETD, ETA, Reefer Cut-Off & Cargo Cut-off Dates] for shipments

1. Created by you
2. Created by your Department
3. All the users

How can I Configure Notifications for my 1-stop Date Updates for shipments made by me?

1. From any screen, please click on your name at the top right corner (as shown in the screenshot below)

2. In the drop-down, please select the bell icon which says 'Manage Notifications' (as shown in the screenshot below)

3. On click, you will be greeted by the screen below, please 'Turn On | Switch On' the notifications

4. Not to enable notifications for all the records created by you, please click on 'My Created Records' and hit 'Save'. 

5. Congratulations, you have just turned on all the Vessel Schedule notifications for the records created by you.

How can I Configure Notifications for my 1-stop Date Updates for shipments made by my Department?

1. From any screen, please click on your name at the top right corner (as shown in the screenshot below)

3. On click, you will be greeted by the screen below, please 'Turn On | Switch On' the notifications

4. Not to enable notifications for all the records created by you, please click on 'Department' and hit 'Save'. 

5. Congratulations, you have just turned on all the Vessel Schedule notifications for the records created by your department.
