Why are some of the fields that I see, greyed out? ​

All your booking related fields are now governed by a commonplace to remove any double entry or accidental change of data. So you access them from


  1. Editing the Booking on the Shipment Master. 
  2. Editing the Booking on the Booking List.


If you are still facing any issue. If you are on the shipment master (screenshot below). Please click on the booking tab. 


Please click on the pencil icon (as shown in the screenshot)



Once clicked, please change the relevant details that you want to change in the popup (as shown in the screenshot).



Yay! All your details are now saved, once you make the changes and hit the Save button at the top right.
