How are the New Booking Module Changes Going to Affect me? (FAQs)

Modified on Mon, 18 Jan, 2021 at 5:56 PM

If you just want to know some of the fields that I see are greyed out, please click this link.

  • Where are all my previous bookings?

All your previous bookings have been safely shifted to a common Master Booking database and you can access all of them from the Booking list (Hover on Booking tab -> Click on Bookings) and alternatively you will find them all to be allocated in the Booking Allocation popup on your shipment master (demonstrated in the quick video below)

  • Why can't I edit this field?

All your booking related fields are now governed by a commonplace to remove any double entry or accidental change of data. So you access them from

  1. Editing the Booking on the Shipment Master.
  2. Editing the Booking on the Booking List.
  • I cannot see the information I could see before in my document, why is that?

All your booking related fields are now governed by a commonplace to remove any double entry or accidental change of data. In relation to your document and the fields that were there, please do not worry, they are there and the correct information is going to get sent, you can also check them by clicking the 'Print' button. If you want to change or edit any information, you can do that by going to:

  1. Editing the Booking on the Shipment Master.
  2. Editing the Booking on the Booking List.
  3. Editing or Allocating a Booking from PRA screen.
