My screen is stuck in loading

As ImpexDocs is a web software sometimes can happen, that you cannot amend a document, because the screen is refreshing "forever" and you are not able to do any changes.


If this happen, you need to clear the cookies and browser history of your PC. Below is an image of the Google Chrome browser, if you not sure what do, please contact your IT department.


Click in Google Chrome, find the following in you top right corner.


Click in Advance

In Privacy and security, click on Clear browsing data.



First you can try only clearing the Cookies, if the problem persist, clear all the data. If you still have problem, please contact our support team.
