How to amend eBooking

Once you receive a booking confirmation response for your eBooking, there could be a scenario where the vessel is to be rolled or the final destination needs to be changed and the user would like to amend the eBooking. 

Below is the process to amend eBooking.

One needs to bring back the booking to its orignal state with only one lap where only the 

- Port of loading/receipt

- Port of Final Destination 

- Estimated Date of Departure 

needs to be mentioned and submit a 'Amend ' message. 

For Example a confirmed eBooking has below 2 laps details

If ETD is to be changed,

Delete the second lap by clicking on delete  icon

Then change details of the first lap. 

to reflect the

- Port of Loading as  : AUBNE - Brisbane

- Change port of discharge from Singapore above to the final destination port ZADUR -DURBAN

Remove the vessel/voyage /lloyds number

Modify the ETD to the new ETD as required by you and submit a change message.

The Booking number will remain the same , the shipping line will send a response back with the new booking details.

If Final Destination needs to changed, 

Delete the second lap by clicking on delete  icon

Then change details of the first lap. 

to reflect the

- Port of Loading as  : AUBNE - Brisbane

- Change port of discharge from Singapore above to the new final destination port say ZACPT- Capetown

Remove the vessel/voyage /lloyds number

Modify the ETD if required  and submit a change message.

The Booking number will remain the same , the shipping line will send a response back with the new booking details.
