How to create a Document List

What is a document list? 

When you create a new shipment you can choose to set in advance the documents you will need for the export, that way you make sure don’t miss anything, you can create as many different list as you want, and assign to different buyers If needed. You can create per destination, commodity, buyer, or any other combination you need.


Steps:

Go to Setting

Click on “Document List”



Click in +Add in the following screen will appear.



You can delete, add and rename the document if its needed, and also drag to change the order of how the documents will appear in your screen.


Click in save to create your new document list, and “Mark as Default” if you want this list to appear as your first choice.


You can also copy a previous document list and make changes you need and create with a new name.
