This article provides information on the status flow of e-booking works in IMPEXDOCS.

Overview

• Created - This is the initial status as soon as a record is created in the system. 

• Pending - After any submission to the e-booking record the status is shown as Pending. It is like a buffer by the time INTTRA replies back. 

• Requested -  This status means that the carrier has been sent the details

• The carrier then either sends the Confirmed status or Declined status depending on the information sent. 

NOTE: The above status flow is followed irrespective of whether you send an Original Booking Request or Amend Booking Request.

• Also, If you send a Cancel Booking Request, It goes from - Pending --> Requested --> Cancelled
