ACT NOW- MAJOR CHANGE - ON GRAIN & HORTICULTURE RFP's on 9th October

Modified on Thu, 3 Oct at 10:16 AM

From  9th October 2024 onwards, as part of the ePhyto solution to be rolled out by the department, the below fields will become mandatory for ALL Grain and Horticulture RFP's

- Supplementary code (Intended use)

- Product Part

- Product Condition

If RFPs don’t have these fields populated, then clients will receive an error message stating that the product code is invalid and will require to request for an amendment of the RFP by dropping an email to - EXDOCPlantPrograms@aff.gov.au

Clients will not be able to progress the RFP further to other status unless these fields are populated.

Important:  Users can begin using the ‘Intended use’, Product part’, and ‘Product condition’ fields on your RFPs NOW itself. Utilising these updated fields now will help reduce processing times for RFPs during the transition.

These fields can only be added when the RFP is created and lodged, one cannot add values in these fields on amend message. Email will need to be sent to EXDOC Plant Programs - EXDOCPlantPrograms@aff.gov.au and request them to add values in these fields in order to progress the RFP.

What Values to Enter

Refer to - Fact sheet template (agriculture.gov.au) to find out which values you need to enter in the Supplmentary code/Product Part/Product Condition field.

Where to Enter

On Grain and Horticulture RFP's on the line item, the above fields are available for entry at the time of RFP lodgement. Values cannot be added to these fields once RFP is lodged. Please start entering values now itself on any new RFP's which you raise.
