This article provides information about how to Request for Authorisation for GRAIN and HORTICULTURE RFPs from PEMS.

Overview

This article allows an Exporters to Request to authorise their RFPs to the department via PEMS.

Pre-requisite

Should have a valid login credentials for PEMS. If not please contact a relevant person from your business.

If not registered at PEMs, please follow the help-link to Register. (https://impexdocshelp.freshdesk.com/a/solutions/articles/44002610387)

RFPs should have reached FINL status.

Procedure

1. Use the Link below to open the PEMS login page:

https://online.agriculture.gov.au/selfservice

2. Mention your valid login Credentials for PEMS and click on Login.

2. Once you login successfully, click on PEMS.

3. Now click on "Request for Authorisation"

4. Search for the RFP number you need to send for authorisation.

5. This will open the RFP details:

RFP - Show the final status RFP details

Inspections - Here you can check the Inspection documents uploaded by the AO post inspection.

Communications - Here you can upload any other supporting document by yourself which may be required for the authorisation of that RFP.

Service Request - Here you click on the "Request to authorise RFP" 

6. Once all the info of the RFP and all the relevant documents are uploaded go to "Service Request" section and click on the "Request To Authorise RFP" button.

Result

Now your request have been sent to the department's queue and the department will respond back in next 3 working days to your email advising whether the request is Rejected or Authorised.
