CTRD is the same as HCRD status under the EXDOC system with the added advantage to preview certificate copy which is going to be generated by the department when REX moves to COMP status.
This provides an ability to users to verify all details before the original certificate is generated by the Department or Request for an amendment if any change in the certificate details is required before progressing REX to COMP.
Note:- If a REX is at CTRD (Certificate Ready) then the system allows the REX to be progressed to COMP, where the certificates will be issued either at the selected regional office or to the selected remote print client group, Message type- Amend and updating the print indicator to AUTO.
