Rejection on South Korea REX

Please be advised that below Rejection on any REX for South Korea is an ongoing issue with NEXDOCS.

We have been advised by the department to follow below steps to move these REXs to COMP:

• Change the print indicator to “M” ( this is so REX is not completed automatically at completion).
• Update the departure date to today’s date and get the REX to certificate ready status (CTRD).
• Once ready to complete the REX and print the certificate, please reach out to NEXDOCS (nexdoc@aff.gov.au) with the original departure date.
• NEXDOCS will move it to COMP with given departure date and generate the certificates.
