This article provides information about the functionality of the Print Indicatorson REX screen.
Overview
Print Indicator: Manual
If the Indicator is set to Manual, then the RFP can only reach up to CTRD status after the Department authorizes the RFP, this allows the user to have a final review before moving it to COMP status (by changing the print Indicator to Automatic)
Print Indicator: Automatic
If the Indicator is set to Automatic, then the RFP directly reaches COMP status after the Department authorizes the REX.
Print Indicator: Custom Certificate
If the Indicator is set to Custom Certificate, then once the REX reaches up to CTRD status after the Department authorizes the REX, the user can either split or combine the RFP depending on their requirement of Export.
Print Indicator: Not Required
Not Required is used where the Importing Country does not require a Phyto certificate or a Health certificate or kindly check the MICoR case where the HC template is NC1.
