New Functionality - Ability to Printing Multiple Copies

Modified on Thu, 25 Nov, 2021 at 10:45 AM

Hi there,

We at ImpexDocs will be rolling out a functionality upgrade for the current printing of your shipment documents. This upgrade is being made to pave the way for future/current functionality improvements in the system like:

  • Introduce the functionality to print/download multiple copies of the same document.
  • Make way for a more robust document management engine.
  • A general UI refresh of the whole system.

Step 1: Click in the shipment for which you want to print documents and select Print

Step 2: A pop-up will appear, where the user has the ability to select the documents to be printed. The user can print either one document at a time or all documents at the same time. Here as you can see from the screenshot below, we have added the functionality of getting multiple copies of the same. It can be changed from the top as well or it can be changed individually. Please note that currently, we can enter a maximum value of 2 in original field and 5 in copy field below. Currently when you print the output will not distinguish between Original and Copy. All printouts will look the same.

Note: User has the ability to choose:

  1. Whether the documents are to be printed with or without a signature
  2. The various documents under that particular shipment that are to be printed
  3. The output types for each document.

If you only need to print 1 document, then select the document by clicking on the left side checkbox.

Step 3: Once you click on Submit, a print preview of the document will appear on the screen. You can select whether to print or download as a PDF/ Word file.
