We at ImpexDocs will be rolling out a UI (also background nuts and bolts) refresh for the current email functionality. This upgrade is being made to pave the way for future/current functionality improvements in the system like:
- Increase the reliability of the email service.
- Ability to upload documents (internal, external and from the secure customer portal).
- Make way for a more robust document management engine.
- A general UI refresh of the whole system.
Process Change:
- You can now select your shipment contacts or all contacts by clicking on To, CC, BCC, please see through the illustration below: Please click on the TO:, CC:, BCC: buttons, Then please select if you want the shipment contacts, all contacts or your partner or buyer, and then just clikc on the Add button right next to the email address:
- The only process change for you is that you can now compose the email and attach your shipment documents (internal documents | packing list, commercial invoice, certificates etc.) directly from the email popup itself. Steps are illustrated below:
