Add a Container

This article provides information about how to add a container from the Shipment screen.

Overview


The Shipment screen allows an authorized user to add the container details using the following options in the Container tab:

  • Upload Container
  • Paste From Excel
  • Add Container

In this article, the Add Container functionality has been described.


Procedure


  1. On the Shipment screen, click Complete Documentation.
    It opens the Shipment screen showing the list of shipment orders based on the selected layout.
  2. Click the Edit button for a shipment order in which you want to add container details.
  3. Select the Container tab.
    It opens the Container tab showing various options to add the container details.
  4. Click the Add Container button.
    It opens the Edit dialog box.
  5. Enter the container details in all fields.
  6. Click the Save button.
    A success message is displayed and the dialog box is closed.

Result


The container details are added and shown in the Container tab.
