Add Container to your RFP

You can assign containers to your RFP in 2 ways. Either by adding under lines Tab or through Container Tab.



1. Adding Container through Container Tab 


Under the Container tab, these are options to add container details to your RFP.

As highlighted below, Manually, you can Add container, Upload container or Paste from Excel.



From here, You can also Assign containers to all Lines in your RFP. 

Select Container from the container list and click on Assign Selected Container to All lines button as highlighted below to add the selected container to assign it into all lines under RFP.


2. Adding Container under Lines Tab


In Lines Tab-->under Packaging, Quantity and Container Details -->under Container/Seal grid, You will find the option to Add Container as highlighted below. From here, you can add a container to your Individual line, Once added can assign the same container to All RFP lines under your RFP. by clicking on Copy container/Seal Number to all RFP Lines button.




In case, You want to add previously uploaded containers under the Container tab to your Lines then Click on the Assign Containers button as highlighted below, Select container from the list, click on Add Containers to existing list button. Selected Container will be added to the line.



This will enable users to add the single container to multiple Line items OR multiple containers to a single line.
