Using Container Pallet Tab

Under the Container Pallet Tab, there are three options available to update the container and pallet details.

Functionality

Upload .txt, .csv, .xls and .xlsx file with container along with pallet details to the system.

Copy and paste the container and pallet details from excel to the system.

Manually add and enter all container and pallet details into the system.

This button functions the same as one in the Container Tab > Add Container.

 

1.1 Upload Container along with its pallet details:

To upload the container along with their pallet information, we have system supported file structure which can be downloaded from the below prompt window. This can be saved in any of these formats- .txt, .csv, .xls or .xlsx file for upload.

  • Select the file for upload usingoption. Once done, the container details rows will be displayed in the list.
  • Multiple container details can be updated through a single spreadsheet file. For this, it is mandatory to enter the container and seal number in each row.
  • In case of any errors, upload unsuccessful message is generated with the errors mentioned.

 

1.2 Paste from Excel

Using this option, copy and paste the container along with pallet details from the spreadsheet to the system file.

  • Copy the details from the source spreadsheet and paste them to the Container Pallet Import box shown above.

  • Once pasted, click button. Then, the container details rows are displayed in the list.
  • Details of multiple containers can be pasted all at once. Make sure the container number and seal number is pasted in each row in case of multiple pallets.
  • In case of any errors, an import unsuccessful message will be displayed with the errors notified.

 

1.3 Add Pallet

Under Container Pallet Tab, clickbutton to add extra pallets, edit to existing containers.

  • In the Add Pallet box, enter the required fields. Only the Pallet number is a mandatory field in this window.
  • To add a pallet with common details – Clickbutton and update the pallet number in it.
  • To transverse between different pallets, use buttons.

 

1.4 View / Edit Pallet

To view pallets for a selected container, click icon.
