Add or Import Price List

1. Take your cursor over the Product tab at the top of the screen, it will hover down, select Price  List. This will open Price List screen.

1. Click on the +Add button to add/create Price List.
   - Apply where you want to view this price list (Sales or Purchase)
    - Provide a Price List Code (can be any alpha numeric value)
    - Provide the Validity start and end date 

1. Now to add/Assign the Products to this price list you can manually add the product (+Item) or you can also use the function of IMPORT.

1. To add the Product manually, click on the +Item button
   - The Product List pop-up will appear
   - Select the desired products by clicking on the check box and click +Add button 

 
- Once the desired Products are uploaded, you can edit the individual product by clicking on the Pencil   icon and add price.

 - Once the priceses are added against each product save the Price List from the top right corner.

To Import the Product items, click on the IMPORT button,
- This will open a Upload file pop-up screen.
- Click on the bottom link Download blank template
 - Update the data without changing the column headers and format of the excel sheet
- Once your Upload sheet is ready, on the pop-up window
- Add you email address – to receive notification of the upload you will make
- Choose your upload file
- Enable checkbox Delete All Existing and Upload New Data if required.
- Click Load and you will see the updated list of the products.

 - Once the Upload is complete, save the Price List from the top right corner.
