Step 1: Go to Customer and click Import.
Step 2: Download the import blank template from the link in the popup window. Update the data without changing the column and format of the spreadsheet.
Step 3: In the template spreadsheet, the following four fields shouldn’t have a value more than 35 characters as required by RFP. In the case of longer names, please use street name columns to split the values respectively.
- Customer Name
- Street 1
- Street 2
Step 4: Once your spreadsheet is in the correct format, attach the spreadsheet and enter your email address.
Enable checkbox with option to delete all existing and upload new data if applicable.
Click Load to update the customer data.
