In ImpexDocs System default “Reply to” E-mail defaults to User’s Login ID, it means when someone is logged in to the system, the default “Reply to” E-mail will be his login ID if not set up in settings.
There are ways you can set default “Reply to” E-mail:
- To set default email addresses at User Default level for “Reply, Cc and Bcc”
- First, click on the user dropdown and select “My Account”. This will take you to the user’s account settings.
- Under this, go to “User Default” the set the default e-mail addresses under Default Reply-To, Default Cc, Default Bcc as per your requirement and click “Save” once done.
- To set E-mails for “TO” and how it works
- To set e-mails for “TO”, it can be maintained under “Partner” or “Customer” or "Contact” details section.
- Note: Contact section in ImpexDocs works as an Address Book, any contact detail added under Partner/Customer/Contacts will be available here as well as in “To” section of E-mail as a smart/quick search.
A. Under the Partner detail section:
First click on “Partner”, then click on the “+Add” button. This will give you a pop-up to fill partner details. Now click on the “Contacts” section and click “+Add New” and fill the details accordingly and Save.
B. Under Customer detail section:
First click on “Customer”, then click on the “+Add” button. This will give you a pop-up to fill Customer details. Now click on the “Contacts” section and click “+Add New” and fill the details accordingly and Save
C. Under Contact detail section: First click on “Contacts”, then click on the “+Add” button. This will give you a pop-up to fill details for your contact. Once all the mandatory details are filled click on SAVE.
