Deleting cache/cookies, browsing history on Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari

Sometimes users experience technical issues while using any online application such as application is not opening properly or closing abruptly etc. In such a scenario it is recommended to you to delete your cookies/browsing history and/or clear your cache.


GOOGLE CHROME:


Step 1: Click on the three dots icon on the top right corner of Google Chrome and then click on History.



Step 2: Click on Clear Browsing Data on the newly opened page:




Step 3: On the below popup, select time range as "All Time", select options:- Browsing history, Download history, Cookies, and other site data, Cached images and files and then click on "Clear Data".



Note: After data has been cleared, please close all open Browsers, refresh the screen and then try reopening the browser.


SAFARI:


To clear cache and cookies in Safari:

  1. Open Safari.

  2. Click Safari in the top menu bar > choose Settings (or Preferences).

  3. Go to the Privacy tab.

  4. Click Manage Website Data.

  5. Click Remove All > confirm by clicking Remove Now.

To enable the Develop menu and clear only the cache:

  1. Go to Safari > Settings > Advanced.

  2. Check “Show Develop menu in menu bar.”

  3. In the top menu, click Develop > Empty Caches.



MICROSOFT EDGE:

To clear cache and cookies:

  1. Open Microsoft Edge.

  2. Click the three dots (⋯) in the upper-right corner.

  3. Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services.

  4. Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.

  5. Select Time range (All time").

  6. Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.

  7. Click Clear now.
