Create a new PRA

Click on + Shipment to create new PRA

Enter reference number for the PRA in Shipment No. field and click on Create

Update Details on General tab and then click on "Container"

Click on "New" to add Container to PRA

Update Container and weight details on the below pop-up and click on "Save"

Select the container you will PRA, and Click on Submit, to submit the PRA.

If you need to see the status of the PRA go to the container TAB and click in "Response", the response will only come to the system when the user click on this bottom. Please be aware this step is not automatic.
