NEXDOCS ERROR - PREFERRED WEIGHT UNIT, PRIORITY- Interim Solution

We have been advised by department for a interim solution to handle a current issue ,where the forwarder system is either sending any additional tag which is not applicable for REX or missed sending a tag which is required to process REX request.

REX received in ImpexDocs system are getting rejected stating below error:

Please follow below 2 steps  to handle these error if and when they appear during submissions.

STEP 1:  Select the manual amendment as  "Yes".

STEP 2: Provide Amendment Reason according to these 2  Error message:

REX will be submitted to department for their approval and move to next status. A service request id gets generate which can be found under Response tab -> and will be worded like this. 

The REX will remain in the current status and once the department manually approves the task, the REX can be progressed futher.
