NOTE: Current ImpexDocs system supports both EXDOCS and NEXDOCS. If you come across RFP terminology in the system, RFP is equivalent to REX in the system.
Click on Shipment and then select Request for Permit (RFP), it will direct you to the REQUEST FOR EXPORT (REX) screen.
Click on + Shipment button on right hand side -
On the below pop-up, one can create a new REX by selecting the radio button for 1 ) New Shipment or 2) can create Rex by copying from the previous Shipment or 3) by copying from Sales / Purchase Order.
Kindly enter New Shipment Number and Description for the order > Click on CREATE Button.
Please select the relevant Commodity Type from the drop-down and click on SAVE.
Enter details on the screen to raise REX:
