This article provides information about how to use Paste From Excel functionality in the Container Pallet tab of the Shipment screen.

Overview
The Container Pallet tab in the Shipment screen allows an authorized user to add a container using the Paste From Excel option. Using this option, the user can copy the container details saved in the Excel file in the template format and paste into the Container Pallet Import dialog box.
You can download the template by clicking the Download Template button in the Upload Container Pallet dialog box.
To open the dialog box, click the Upload Container button in the Container Pallet tab.
Procedure
- On the Shipment menu, click Complete Documentation.
It opens the Shipment screen showing the list of shipment orders in default tab based on the selected layout. - Click the Edit button to open a order in editable mode.
It opens the shipment order in the editable mode. - Select the Container Pallet tab.
It opens the Container Pallet tab showing the list of added containers and pallets if there are any. - Click the Paste From Excel button and click the Import button.
It opens the Container Pallet Import dialog box. - Copy the records from the excel file and paste in the Container Pallet Import dialog box.
Note: Ensure that the copied data are in the template format. - Click the Import button.
A success message is displayed. Close the pop up message.
The Container Pallet Import dialog box is automatically closed.
Result
The container details are added and the list is updated. Click the Plus (+) button to expand the details.
