This article provides information about how to move an RFP record from an existing shipment record to another shipment record.

Overview

This functionality allows an authorized user to re-allocate an RFP from an existing shipment record to another.

Procedure

1. To re-allocate the RFP,

First, Go to the Request for Permit (RFP) listing and search for the RFP number that needs to be moved

Then select the checkbox against that RFP, and click on the 3 dots button highlighted below and select the option "Move RFP". As shown below:

This will bring you a popup as shown below. Now, click on the 3 Dots button below the "Destination Shipment" and click on the Lookup option.

Now search and select the desired shipment by double clicking on the shipment record.

Finally, click on the “MOVE” button to reallocate the RFP.

You will get a confirmation that the RFP has been moved successfully.

Result

Refresh the page so that the change can be visible on your screen before you proceed further.
