Reissue service request - This allows clients to request a reprint of a current certificate. The reprint will only occur if the request is accepted by the department and the outcome is notified via the notification service.
Please note once a certificate reprint is requested by using the Reissue service, the previously received Certificate becomes invalid and a new HC number and a new certificate will be generated by the department after review.
Step: Click on the Print Certificate button, a pop-up will appear with the Reissue button option. select this option to request for certificate reprint.
