This article provides information about the functionality of the Statuses received for a REX.
Overview
ORDR
- The REX does not have the basic information sufficient to allow inspection/Validation, but the user has requested a REX number to be reserved by NEXDOC.
Note: REX of this status are not accepted by the Food export team for the purpose of inspection or validation of intention to export. Users are allowed to amend any details at this stage and submit as many times as the “ORDER” message.
INIT/FINL
Once the REX is Lodged the department progress it to either of these statuses depending upon the level of information provided to the NEXDOC
INSP/CTRD
Once the REX is validated by an AO, the REX status will progress to either of these statuses depending on the level of information provided to NEXDOC.
If the REX is at INSP status, please go to the response tab of your Impexdocs REX screen and see the reason to progress it to CTRD (CERTIFICATE READY)
In Review
After the REX is validated and is at status CTRD and the user want to progess it to Complete, usually the status moves to this status because the department need a final review of the details provided on the REX.
This review is done by an officer and may take time.
Completed (COMP)
Your export certificate has been released to print.
Depending on the printer option you selected when setting up your NEXDOC account, your export certificate can be printed on the premises or at one of the Department's offices.
Suspended (SUSP)
The REX has been suspended.
A REX can be suspended by the department at any time, i.e., if it is not completed before the stated departure date. While suspended, no actions can be completed by the client.
Withdrawn
A REX may be withdrawn by the client.
Rejected (REJECTED)
The NEXDOC has Rejected the REX due to some missing or incorrect info provided at the time of submission. Go to the response tab and see the reason for Rejection.
