REX Status functionality

This article provides information about the functionality of the Statuses received for a REX.


Overview


Draft: 

 - Your REX is started but not submitted.

 - Select a product and country to export to. Completing these mandatory fields creates a system-generated unique REX ID number.

Your steps let you save and edit your REX later if needed.


In Review (In Review)

The REX is being reviewed by the department.

The REX has been lodged with the department for review. The REX will either be approved or rejected.

• If approved, the task is completed. You will receive a message in the Response tab advising you of the reason and the status of the REX will change to APPROVED.

• If rejected, you will receive a message in the Response tab advising you of the reason. The status of the REX will change to REJECTED.


Certificate Ready (CTRD)

When the REX has a status of APPROVED an export certificate is ready to be printed.

Certificates can be printed by exporters who are approved for ‘My print’, otherwise you can request your certificate/s from a regional office.


Completed (COMP)

Your export certificate has been released to print.

Depending on the printer option you selected when setting up your NEXDOC account, your export certificate can be printed on the premises or at one of the Department's offices.


Printed

The certificate has been printed.

The certificate can only be printed once and can’t be saved to a personal computer. If the information contained in the certificate is incorrect a request for a certificate reprint can be sent to the department.


Suspended (SUSP)

The REX has been suspended.

A REX can be suspended by the department at any time, i.e., if it is not completed before the stated departure date. While suspended, no actions can be completed by the client.


Withdrawn 

A REX has been withdrawn.

A REX may be withdrawn by the client.


Rejected (REJECTED)

The REX has been rejected.

The department has reviewed the REX and it has been rejected. No certificate option is available.


Cancelled

The department has cancelled the REX post authorisation.

A REX may be cancelled by the client.
