Key Changes

Key Features

  • All Exporters/EDI User will need to register in NEXDOC and obtain new Exporter number. Even if the Exporter number may remain the same. Registration in NEXDOC will be required to submit REX.
  • All EDI users will need to register and get a Client Group Token, Client User Token and Client Group ID. ImpexDocs needs these to configure it in our system and link your company to the NEXDOC system and ImpexDocs.
  • Process does not change. Some new field have been added on screen.
  • No AQA Number required to validate
  • You will get responses almost instantaneously in real time.
  • EDN can also be obtained along with your REX
  • You will be able to preview the certificate in CTRD status itself.
  • On COMP status, you will be able to print the certificate. No special security paper required. You can print on normal A4 paper. Can print only one original.  Certificate issued by NEXDOC will contain a unique QR code
  • Earlier on the RFP the print location was the EDI user number. The new print location in NEXDOC is the Client Group ID. Client Group ID is generated when you register for the Client Group token on the NEXDOC portal.
