How to activate and deactivate the copy option of the documents

The Master is the first document from the shipment, when you add information to the master you have the possibility to copy information from it to the rest of the document, so avoid to enter repetitive information in the system.


There are 2 options to do this.


Option 1


1st option is link from master, when we activate this option, all the information that is amended in the master will automatically update the documents.


Option 2


2nd option is copy from master, when we activate this option, the system will pull the information from the master, only when you click on Copy From Master button.


Go to Setting

The following screen will appear, select the document you need to copy or link, to amended this the screen has a small trick, the user have to "Double Click" in the document, press copy or link and save. If the user need to change the copy option of more then one document, after every change they will have to click in save.
