This article provides information about how to add, view, and remove a subscriber from a report schedule.

Overview
The Reports screen contains four tabs: All, Favourite, Customer/Partner, and Schedule & Subscribers in which the Schedule & Subscribers tab allows an authorize user to create a schedule and then add one or more subscribers.
There must be a schedule created in order to add subscribers.
Procedure
- On the menu bar, click Reports.
It opens the Reports screen containing All, Favourite, Customer/Partner, and Schedule & Subscribers tabs. - Select the Schedule & Subscribers tab.
The Schedule & Subscribers tab shows the list of report schedules if the user has created any. If there is no existing schedules then it needs to be created first in order to add subscribers. - Click Manage Subscribers.
It opens the report schedule screen from where new subscriber can be added. - Click Add Subscriber.
It opens the Scheduler Subscriber List dialog box. - Select any of the following options and then select one or more subscribers as required:
- Customers: Choose this option to view the list of customers and select one or more users as required. This option remains selected by default.
- Partners: Choose this option to view the list of partners and select one or more users as required.
- System Users: Choose this option to view the list of system users and select one or more users as required.
- Click Save.
The selected subscriber details are added.
Remove a Subscriber Once a subscriber is added, it can be removed by clicking the Remove button under the Action column in the Report Subscribers screen.
Result
The selected subscribers details are added and shown in the subscriber list. The number of added subscriber is also shown in a notification under the Action column on the Schedule & Subscribers tab when All Reports option is selected.
