Delete a Report Schedule

This article provides information about how to delete a report schedule from the Schedule & Subscribers tab.

Overview


The Schedule & Subscribers tab allows an authorized user to delete a report schedule which is no longer required. This is recommended to evaluate before deleting a report schedule as it cannot be restored once deleted.


Procedure


  1. On the menu bar, click Reports.
    It opens the Reports screen containing four tabs: All, Favoutite, Customer/Partner, and Schedule & Subscribers.
  2. Select the Schedule & Subscribers tab.
  3. Click the Delete button to delete a specific schedule.
    A message is displayed asking for your confirmation.
  4. Click OK.

Result


The report schedule is deleted and the list is updated on the Schedule & Subscribers tab.
