1. What is Wisetech Certification Service?


Wisetech has been accredited by (JASANZ) as a CAB (Certified Accredited Body) to issue Certificates of Origin ((both Preferential and Non-Preferential) for exports in Australia.

Our certificate service is named "Wisetech Certification" it is important to note that Wisetech is not a Chamber.

The system is integrated directly into ImpexDocs logistics software, which allows exporters to generate COOs directly from shipment data.  


2. What does a stamped COO look like?


Certificates issued via Wisetech Certificate Service will show either of the two below stamps depending on the COO Type.


3. How long does a certificate take to get stamped?

The WiseTech certificate service includes an automated registration process. The initial submission may take longer, as it involves setting up and registering your submitter email address. Once this is complete, subsequent submissions are typically processed within 10-15 minutes, with turnaround times improving further as the process becomes fully established.  


4. What does it cost? 


The cost of a COO via Wisetech Certification is $10.00 per certificate. Billing is done monthly in arrears.


5. How do I start using this service?


Please contact our support team on support@impexdocs.com.au requesting set-up of Wisetech Certification Service.
There is some minor configuration to be done before you can start using this service. Our team will guide you through the process and share any relevant user guides or documentation to help you through this process.
