To Create new Statuses for Shipments

  1. Go to Settings --> Status --> Shipment Status --> (+Add)


After you click on the “(+) Add” button a new pop-up will appear to “Add Shipment Status”.

  1. Status Name: Manually type the name of the status as per your documentation process.
  2. Status Sequence: Add the numeric value (example: 1 or 2 or 3) of your status, in which you want them to appear.
  3. Status Type: Select as “System Status” from the drop-down available
  4. Is Visible: The statuses will only appear in the shipment order if you activate this field, else it will not.
  5. Mark as Archived: This new functionality has been introduced where users can enable this to a specific status for shipment to go under Archived Records so that when that status is selected in a shipment, it will automatically move to Archived records. (Should only be used for completed/Cancelled shipments). In case of a shipment is inadvertently put under Archived Shipments list then to retrieve the records then follow below steps:                           --> Go to Shipment Archived Records list --> select the desired shipment to unarchive --> click three dots button in right top corner --> select Unarchive from then drop-down --> Click "OK" on the pop-up   
  6. Trigger Notification: This is also a new functionality provided where a user can notify multiple users or clients regarding their shipment statuses. Once we switch “ONN” this button and click on "view e-mail" button a new pop-up comes to set a default email address for that specific status. Once all the relevant details are added click the “SAVE” button.

7. Choose Color: Select the desired color of your status from the drop-down provided.
