Change the Shipment Status

This article provides information about how to change the status of a shipment order using two different ways.

Overview


The Shipment screen allows an authorized user to change the status of a shipment order in from the following places:

  • Shipment Screen
  • Edit Shipment Screen 

Procedure


  1. On the Shipment screen, click Complete Documentation.
    It opens the Shipment screen showing the list of shipment orders based on the selected layout.
  2. Choose any of the following options:
    • Change the status from the Shipment screen
      1. Under the Shipment Status column, click the Edit button.
        It opens the Edit Status dialog box.
      2. Select a status from the Order Status list.
      3. Click the Save button.
        A success message is displayed and the order status is updated in the shipment order.

        Or
    • Change the status from the Edit Shipmentscreen
      1. Under Action column, click the Edit button for beside a shipment order.
        It opens the shipment order in editable mode.
      2. Click on a status to select.
        The status color changes to Green on hover over and once selection, the status color is shown in Blue color.
      3. Click the Save button.
        A success message is displayed.
      4. Click the Exit button.

Result


The shipment status is saved and the list is updated in the Shipment screen.
