This article provides information about how to edit a report schedule and change the previously set criteria.

Overview
The Schedule& Subscribers tab in the Reports screen allows an authorized user to edit the previously set criteria of a report schedule.
Procedure
- On the menu bar, click Reports.
It opens the Reports screen containing four tabs: All, Favourite, Customer/Partner, and Schedule & Subscribers. - Select the Schedule & Subscribers tab.
It opens the Schedule & Subscribes tab showing the list of existing schedule and active subscribers of each schedule. - Click the Edit button to edit the report schedule.
It opens the Edit Schedule dialog box. - Edit the following criteria under Report Scheduler as required:
- Time Zone
- Repeat Type
- End Repeat/After Occurrence
- Change the Email Subject if required.
- Rephrase the email message if required.
- Click Save.
Result
The changes are saved and the update report schedule is shown in the list.
