This article provides information about how to create a report schedule from different tabs in the Reports screen.

Overview

The Schedule & Subscribers tab in the Reports screen allows an authorized user to create a report schedule. However, the Plus (+) icon also known as Create Schedule button is given for each report on the All, Favourite, and Customer/Partner tabs and clicking this button opens the New Schedule dialog box.

Procedure

1. On the menu bar, click Reports.
   It opens the Reports screen containing four tabs: All, Favourite, Customer/Partner, and Schedule & Subscribers.
   
2. Click the Schedule & Subscribers tab.
   
3. Click the Create Schedule button.
   It opens the New Schedule dialog box.
   
4. Click the Ellipses (...) icon and double-click to select a report from the Report List dialog box.
5. Under Report Scheduler, enter the Start Date, Time, and Time Zone.
6. Select the Repeat Type from the list.
   The Repeat Type is set to run the report schedule on the selected interval.
7. Select any of the options for ending the report schedule from running:
   • End Repeat
     Choose between Never and On as required.
     If the End Repeat is On then the End Date field is enabled for entering an end date.
     
     Or
     
     
   • After Occurrence
     Choose this option to run the report schedule for specified occurrence.
     For example, entering 2 in the After Occurrence field stops running the report schedule after two occurrence. 
8. Enter an appropriate subject line in the Email Subject field.
   By default, the selected Report Name is displayed here.
9. Write the email message in the body part as required.
10. Click Save.

Result

The report schedule is created and shown in the Schedule and Subscribers tab.
