Run a Report

This article provides information about how to run a report in using different approaches.

Overview


The Reports screen contains four tabs: All, Favourite, Customer/Partner, and Schedule & Subscribers.

All these reports can be viewed and run from their respective tabs as explained below:

  • All: This tab shows list of all reports including the standard reports and custom reports.
  • Favourite: This tab shows the list of reports which are marked as favourite.
  • Customer/Partner: This tab shows the list of reports which are created for customers or partners.
  • Schedule & Subscribers: This tab shows the list of report schedules and each report schedule allows managing its subscribers. 

Procedure


  1. On the menu bar, click Reports.
    It opens the Reports screen containing four tabs: All, Favourites, Customer/Partner, and Schedule & Subscribers.
    The All tab is selected and shows standard and custom reports.
  2. Click on any report which needs to be copied.
    The report is opened in editable mode.
  3. Click Update & Run Now.
    This action runs the report based on the set criteria and shows the result in the same screen.

Run a Custom Report
Click on a custom report to run and view the report details quickly without entering in the editable mode as explained above for the standard reports. 


Run Customer/Partner Report
Select the Customer/Partner tab and click the Download icon to download a report.


Result


The newly created report is shown in the Reports screen under the selected category and it is marked as Custom.
