Edit a Report Schedule

This article provides information about how to edit a report schedule and change the previously set criteria.

Overview


The Schedule& Subscribers tab in the Reports screen allows an authorized user to edit the previously set criteria of a report schedule.

Procedure


  1. On the menu bar, click Reports.
    It opens the Reports screen containing four tabs: All, Favourite, Customer/Partner, and Schedule & Subscribers.
  2. Select the Schedule & Subscribers tab.
    It opens the Schedule & Subscribes tab showing the list of existing schedule and active subscribers of each schedule.
  3. Click the Edit button to edit the report schedule.
    It opens the Edit Schedule dialog box.
  4. Edit the following criteria under Report Scheduler as required:
    1. Time Zone
    2. Repeat Type
    3. End Repeat/After Occurrence
  5. Change the Email Subject if required.
  6. Rephrase the email message if required.
  7. Click Save.

Result


The changes are saved and the update report schedule is shown in the list.
